Optional program: Filming of the Convention.

Photographers and Videographers cover the event during the General Program to collect the maximum graphic material for publication.

BID will have the broad recording of the event.

BID, through a previous agreement and appointment, also arranges general filming of the event as well as customized filming options, as required by some participants (see below).

Final versions will be edited on DVD format, for future use in multimedia or television.

Interview Option:
Interview of your Company Manager by a journalist
This interview will last approximately 10 minutes and will consist on the following questions:

-Your company relationship with the costumers.

-Your vision on your company's products and services.

-The future in your sector.

-To whom you dedicate this award.

This interview can be broadcast on television.
Note: Appointments with BID about video interviews must be arranged previously to the Convention.

 

Company Profile Option:
A filmed presentation of your Company.

Your company may choose to present its activities, services and products in the format of a speech by your company's delegate. It should be under 1200 words and the edited version will be 10 minutes long.

 

This presentation can be distributed to your clients and a target audience.
Note: Appointments with BID for filmed Presentation of your Company must be arranged previously to the Convention.

Quality Study-Case Option:
A filmed Presentation on Quality

Your company may choose to present a study-case about quality experienced in your own company.
It should be under 2400 words and deal with research in the areas of quality and excellence.

This edited DVD presentation can be distributed to your clients and a target audience.
Note: Appointments with BID for filmed Quality Study-Case presentation of your Company must be arranged previously to the Convention.

Important for filming options:
Minimum requirement: Ten days previously to the beginning of the Convention, your company must coordinate precise details through BID for the organization of your filming schedule.
