Conditions to record the awards ceremony in DVD format must be settled with BID, previously to the Convention.
Starting at the moment of the Welcoming Reception until the closing day of the ceremony, that is, during a period of over 12 hours, Imarpress cameras will be recording the most important moments of the convention.

You may order a DVD including the appearances of your company representatives at the convention.
This film will be edited during the night of the last day, and will be delivered to your company between 8 and 10 a.m. of the next day at BID offices.
