The activities of the BID Convention begin with the Welcoming Reception. The Convention staff will be present along with Mr. Jose E. Prieto, President of B.I.D. who will greet the participating delegations. The activity will be recorded by cameras and photographers. During the Welcoming Reception brief interviews of the delegates will be filmed and will be incorporated into the general recordings of the event.
